A - Feeder House Safety Stop
Completely raise platform and lower safety stop (A) onto
hydraulic cylinder rod.

A - Reel Safety Stop
B - Belt Tensioner
C - Tall Connector Bar (1 Pair Used)
D - Short Connector Bar (2 Pair Used)
E - Cap Screw and Nut (17 Used)
Completely raise reel and engage safety stops (A) on reel
lift cylinders.

Shut OFF engine, set park brake, and remove key.

Loosen belt tensioner (B) on right-hand side of center draper
belt cleanout door.
-
Roll center belt manually until belt connector bars (C and D)
are on top.
-
Remove cap screws and nuts (E) and connector bars.
-
Remove center draper belt from platform.

A - Grooves
Install belt under rollers with seam on top.

Align ribs on backside of draper belt with grooves (A) on rollers.

IMPORTANT: Connector bars are positioned on belt with rounded
edges down and cap screw heads facing direction of travel. Failure
to do so can damage and reduce belt life.

Position connector bars (A and B) on draper belt, install
hardware (C), and tighten to specification.

NOTE: For difficult crop conditions, additional belt tensioning
may be required. Increase belt tension only as required since belt
life is affected.

A - Tensioner
Adjust tensioner (A) so surface of nut is flush with outside
surface of plate.

Check operation of center draper belt for proper performance
and adjust as necessary.
