Using Rinse System (Rinsing Solution Pump, Boom, and Flowmeter Only)

From GreenStar 2 System™ Display Main Menu select Sprayer icon.

1. CAUTION: Spray system can contain hazardous material which can cause serious injury or death to you or others. Wear protective clothing, eyewear, and gloves. Use rinse system in a area where people, animals, vegetation and water supply etc. cannot be contaminated.

   D - Check Box

   Select Solution Command soft key (A).

2. Select System Rinse tab (B).

3. Select drop-down box (C) below “Select System Rinse Option” and choose “Boom Only”.

4. Select check box (D) below to “Rinse Start/Stop” and a check will appear inside box activating the rinse chosen.

   NOTE: Chosen procedure will start automatically. Rinse status is shown by box around active step. At completion of rinse cycle an alert screen will warn to spray rinse water.

   A - Solution Pump Switch

   Press top of solution pump switch (A) to engage solution pump.

6. Verify boom section(s) to be rinsed are enabled by section switches.

7. Press Master Spray ON/OFF to start spraying rinse water.

8. NOTE: Rinse will continue until operator selects “Stop” at check box (C) or rinse tank is empty. If rinse tank is emptied so that solution pump runs dry, system automatically disables spraying and operator will be given a warning to shut off pump.

   Shut off solution pump switch when rinse cycle finished.
