Machine Informational Decals

Tire Decals

N96102
N96102-UN-06DEC11

A - Wheel Hardware Torque

B - Tire Pressure

Decal A

IMPORTANT: Torque each bolt to 700 Nm (515 lb.ft.). Retorque after 1 hour and 10 hours until torque is maintained. Repeat operation each time bolts are loosened. Check torque every 100 hours of operation thereafter.

Decal B

IMPORTANT: Refer to Operator’s Manual for proper inflation pressure. See Check Tires For Damage And Correct Inflation Pressure—Daily in the Wheel and Tire section.

Load Station Control Panel Decal

N62626
N62626-UN-11NOV03

A - Load Switch

B - Agitation Switch

C - Rinse Switch

D - Eductor Switch

IMPORTANT: Do not run solution pump dry or damage will occur.

Activation of switch will cause solution pump to start and engine speed to increase.

Load function will be disabled if machine is started and switch is not in “Off” position. Cycle switch “Off” to reset.

There are four switches located on load station control panel:

  • Load Switch (A) - three position switch used to select fill mode, either off (down), load with nurse tank pump (middle), or load with sprayer pump (up)
  • Agitation Switch (B) - used to turn on/off agitation during loading of chemicals and for non-spraying mixing of chemicals
  • Rinse Switch (C) - used to start / stop pre-programmed solution system rinse functions
  • Eductor Switch (D) - used to turn on / off eductor functions

Remote Terminals Decal

N92369-UN-27APR11

A - Tank Liquid—Water

B - Tank Liquid—Fertilizer

C - Direct Injection Installed

D - Tire Size

E - Tire Pressure

F - Maximum Allowable Axle Weight

G - Dry Spreader Installed

H - Footnote

Footnote (H)—Do not transport full in this configuration. Axle weight is limited to 11,200 kg (24,600 lbs) in transport.

Secondary Brake Decal

N95907
N95907-UN-02FEB12

A - Decal

IMPORTANT: The secondary brake engages the park brake system. Engaging secondary brake system while machine is moving causes significant wear to the park brake components. Park brakes will need to be tested to verify proper operation after using the secondary brake. (See Verify Proper Operation Of Park Brakes in Operating The Machine section.)

NOTE: Secondary brake switch does not need to be engaged when parking machine. Park brakes are automatically applied when multifunction control handle is placed in the "PARK" position and the SprayStar system reads "0" mph for 0.5 seconds or the engine is shut "OFF".
