IMPORTANT: Do not add chemical to solution tank until just before
field use. Follow the chemical manufacturer's instructions for mixing
the spray solution to obtain the desired application rate and effect.

A - Quik-Fill Valve

Start machine.

CAUTION: Quik-Fill valve (A) can contain hazardous materials
which can poison causing serious injury or death to you or others.
Before removing Quik-Fill cap (B), make sure Quik-Fill valve is turned
off.
Verify Quik-Fill valve is closed.

Open lock levers and remove cap (B).
-
Connect nurse tank fill hose to Quik-Fill adapter and close
lock levers.
-
Open nurse tank valve and Quik-Fill valve.
-
NOTE: Tank sump valve requires air pressure to open, engine
must be running.
Move load switch (C) to “NURSE PUMP” position. This
will open tank sump valve.

Start nurse tank pump.

B - Eductor Switch
C - Eductor Hopper Valve
D - Eductor Rinse Valve
E - Rinse Nozzle
Lower eductor (A) and raise lid.

Move eductor switch (B) to “ON” position.
NOTE: Engine speed will automatically increase to 1800 rpm.

Open eductor hopper valve (C) (handle parallel with solution
hose) to allow chemicals to be drawn from eductor hopper.

Pour chemicals into eductor.

Open eductor rinse valve (D) (turn clockwise) to rinse eductor
hopper.
-
Place chemical container over rinse nozzle (E) in hopper and
push down on container to rinse.
-
After rinsing chemical containers, close eductor rinse valve.

Turn eductor switch to “OFF” position.
-
Close eductor hopper valve.
-
Place lid back on hopper and return eductor back to its original
position.

After solution tank has filled, close Quik-Fill valve and nurse
tank valve.

Turn off nurse tank pump.
-
Move load switch to “OFF” (down) position.

Remove fill hose from Quik-Fill adapter and replace cap.
