NOTE: Load Command system takes priority over all other Spray
Command system functions.
NOTE: Load Command system locks sprayer from moving by applying
parking brake until Load Command procedure is complete.
CAUTION: Swinging nurse arm can cause injury to you and others.
DO NOT PARK nurse tank on a hill where nurse arm could swing out.
ALWAYS park nurse tank on flat ground.
IMPORTANT: Determine appropriate sprayer approach to nurse vehicle
before operation. Folding of booms and distance from nurse arm will
vary based on nurse vehicle set up and field conditions.

A - Nurse Arm
Park sprayer at appropriate distance from nurse vehicle to
allow nurse arm (A) to swing out and connect to sprayer.

Engage parking brake and exit cab with engine still on.

Operator must wear appropriate personal protection equipment
when operating Load Command.
Push switch (A) up on sprayer coupler to arm Load Command system.
To disarm, push down switch.
NOTE: SprayStar display will display “Load Command Armed”
(B) after pushing up switch.

Always maintain control of nurse arm when it is unlatched or disconnected.

B - Lock
Unlock (B) nurse arm from latch (A).

Unlatch secondary chain from nurse coupler.

Unfold nurse arm and position arm near sprayer coupler.

NOTE: Hold nurse arm coupler firmly to sprayer coupler momentarily
(several seconds) until proximity sensors fully activate Load Command
system.

After arming Load Command, align sprayer (A) and nurse arm
(B) couplers and push together. Couplers will lock together and begin
pumping solution.
NOTE: Spraystar display will display “Load Command Active”
(C) once Load Command operation has begun.

A - Coupler Switch
B - Cab Switch
Operator can shut Load Command system off or cancel armed
system at any time by pushing down on sprayer coupler switch (A),
or cab switch (B). Load Command system shuts down if coupler becomes
disconnected.Load Command system will slow pumping down
at 4353 L (1150 gal) and shut off at 4542 L (1200 gal). Air seal locking
couplers will deflate and nurse arm coupler will fall away on its
own or when operator backs away sprayer.
Return to cab and wait for Load Command operation to finish.
NOTE: When Load Command operation is complete “Load Command
Active” message will disappear.
CAUTION: Solution could remain in nurse arm coupler after disconnecting
from sprayer coupler. Wear protective equipment to ensure excess solution
does not come into contact with you or others.

Remove sprayer from park and back sprayer away from nurse arm
when Load Command operation is complete.
