Fill Solution Tank with Solution Pump and Front Fill—If Equipped

  1. CAUTION: Read carefully the directions printed on the chemical manufacturer's labels before handling chemicals to prevent exposure to hazardous materials which could cause injury or be poisonous.

    IMPORTANT: Do not add chemical to tank until just before field use. Follow the chemical manufacturer's instructions for mixing the spray solution to obtain the desired application rate and effect.

    CAUTION: Quik-Fill valve (A) can contain hazardous materials which can poison causing serious injury or death. Before removing Quik-Fill cap (B), verify Quik-Fill valve is closed.

    A - Front Quik-Fill Valve

    B - Cap

    C - Bypass Valve

    D - Switch

    Verify front Quik-Fill valve (A) closed and remove cap (B).



  2. Connect fill hose to Quik-Fill valve.

  3. Close solution tank sump valve.

  4. Open bypass valve (C), front Quik-Fill valve and nurse tank valve.

  5. Move switch (D) to ON position to open front fill isolation valve.

  6. NOTE: User must monitor solution tank content volume using sight gauge to prevent overfilling solution tank.

    Rinse tank sump valve can be opened to aid in priming solution pump. Once pump is primed close rinse tank sump valve.

    Press switch to PULL-ON position to start solution pump and begin fill.

  7. Press switch to OFF position to stop fill when desired level is achieved.

  8. Close bypass, front Quik-Fill and nurse tank valves.

  9. Disconnect fill hose and install cap.

  10. Open solution tank sump valve before spraying.

  11. Purge front fill line (See Operate Front Fill Air Purge in this section).
