Change Hydraulic Oil—1000 Hours

NOTE: Approximately 98 L (26 gal.) of John Deere Torq-Gard Supreme™ 10W30 oil is required to fill hydraulic reservoir.

1. 
   N97490-UN-17SEP12

   A - Drain Plug

   B - Drain Hose

   Place booms in boom rests and retract all hydraulic cylinders including tread adjust cylinders.

2. Park machine on flat level surface.

3. Drain fluid by removing drain plug (A) from reservoir drain hose (B).

4. Install drain plug in drain hose.

5. IMPORTANT: Fill cap (B) contains hydraulic reservoir breather filter and should be replaced when hydraulic oil is changed.

   B - Fill Cap

   C - Decal

   Remove fill cap and fill hydraulic reservoir with specified hydraulic oil. Verify oil showing in sight gauge (A) is at the proper level for the current oil temperature as shown on fill level decal (C).
