Muting the Radio (MUTE)

Briefly pressing the on/off key (3) will mute the radio. The audio output is then fully inhibited. Pressing the on/off key again will return the audio output to the last volume setting.

Muting the radio
Activating the muting function (sound off) ..............	Briefly press the on/off key
Deactivating the muting function (sound on) ..............	Briefly press the on/off key again or turn the volume control either counterclockwise or clockwise

NOTE: The muting function is canceled if the vehicle is restarted.
