MP3 Operation (General Information)

With this radio system CD-Rs and CD-RWs with MP3 and WMA music files can be played back. This section only describes the playback of MP3 files since operation is the same for MP3 and WMA files. MP3 data carrier always refers to CD-R/RW.

WMA files with Digital Rights Management (DRM) from online music shops cannot be played back with this radio system.

WMA files can only be played back safely if created with Windows Media Player™, version 8 or later.
