NOTE: Hydrostatic system and hydraulic system use the same reservoir.

Observe oil level in sight tube (A) with machine on level surface, tread adjusted to narrow position, booms in cradle, and engine stopped. Verify oil is at the proper level for the current oil temperature as shown on fill level decal (C).

If oil level is below the lower mark for the current temperature range, remove filler cap (B) and add hydraulic oil. (See Hydrostatic/Hydraulic Oil in the Fuels, Lubricants and Coolants section.)
