Verify Quik-Fill valve (A) is closed.

  2. Open lock levers and remove cap (B).

  3. Connect nurse tank fill hose to Quik-Fill adapter, close lock levers, and open Quik-Fill valve.

NOTE: For front Quik-Fill, move switch (C) to ON position.

  4. Open solution tank sump valve (D).

  5. NOTE: Operator must monitor solution tank content volume to prevent overfilling solution tank. When using an external pump source, the sight gauge may give erratic volume readings.  Therefore, a flowmeter is recommended to accurately monitor tank fill.

Open nurse tank sump valve and turn on nurse pump.

  6. Once solution tank reaches approximately 379 L (100 gal), set eductor/tank rinse valve (E) to eductor position.
