Use Eductor To Load Chemicals with Full Solution Tank

  1. CAUTION: Read carefully the directions printed on the chemical manufacturer's labels before handling chemicals, exposure to hazardous materials could poison and injure you.

    IMPORTANT: Do not add chemical to solution tank until just before field use. Follow the chemical manufacturer's instructions for mixing the spray solution to obtain the desired application rate and effect.

    CAUTION: Quik-Fill valve (A) can contain hazardous materials which can poison causing serious injury or death to you or others.

    NOTE: Solution tank is full (but has room for the volume of chemical to be added) and engine is running.

    Eductor performance may be diminished somewhat with a full tank.

    C - Eductor Button

    Verify Quik-Fill valve (A) is closed.



  2. Slightly raise eductor and pull handle (B) to unlatch.

  3. Lower eductor and raise lid.

  4. Press eductor button (C) on keypad.

    NOTE: Press eductor button (C) to stop.

    Operator can choose different eductor settings (low, medium, high) by using the GS3 display in cab.

    B - Eductor Rinse Valve

    C - Rinse Nozzle

    D - Eductor Button

    Open eductor sump valve (A) (handle parallel with solution hose) to allow chemicals to be drawn from eductor hopper.



  6. Open eductor rinse valve (B) (turn clockwise) to rinse eductor hopper.

  7. Pour chemicals into eductor.

  8. Place chemical container over rinse nozzle (C) in tank and push down on container to rinse.

  9. Verify that eductor is empty.

  10. Close eductor rinse valve. Close eductor sump valve.

  11. Close hopper lid and lift eductor back to its original position.

  12. Press eductor button (D) to stop.
