Mix Solution in Tank (Using Agitation)

1. NOTE: With solution tank filled and solution pump primed, complete the following steps to thoroughly mix chemicals.

   A - Solution Tank Sump Valve

   B - Agitation Button

   C - Pump On/Off Button

   D - Pump Speed Increase Button

   E - Pump Speed Decrease Button

   Open solution tank sump valve (A).

2. Press agitation button (B) to begin agitation.

3. Push pump on/off button (C) to engage solution pump.

4. NOTE: Amount of agitation is determined by pump speed and amount agitation valve is open.

   Agitation valve opening is controlled with the 2630 display in cab.

   Adjust pump speed, as necessary, using pump speed increase button (D) or pump speed decrease button (E).

5. Mix solution thoroughly before operating in the field.

   NOTE: To minimize foaming, operate at lower agitation rate. Turn off agitation when tank volume drops below 378.5 L (100 gal) to prevent foaming and air in system.

6. Open solution tank lid and visually verify proper mixing has occurred.

7. To stop agitation, press solution pump button to stop pump and press agitation button to close agitation valve

8. Close solution tank sump valve.
