IMPORTANT: The R4030/38/45 Sprayer is optimized for up to a 36.6 m (120 ft.) spray boom. Installation of a longer spray boom may result in diminished spraying performance. To avoid sprayer vehicle damage and loss of warranty when using non-standard spray booms:

• DO NOT modify a factory spray boom to add length
• DO NOT install an aftermarket spray boom (including plumbing and optional equipment) with a dry weight exceeding 1597.8 kg (3522 lb.)
• DO NOT install an aftermarket spray boom that has a center of gravity (B) further from the boom pivot (A) than a distance (C) of 6719 mm (265 in.)

Modifying a factory-installed spray boom or installing an aftermarket spray boom that does not meet each one of the above limitations is an alteration or modification of the sprayer in a way that is not approved by John Deere.
