Remove and Install Service Brake Caliper

  1. N102418
    N102418-UN-01MAR13

    A - Cap Screw (3 used)

    B - Fender

    C - Hydraulic Line

    D - Cap Screw (2 used)

    E - Brake Caliper

    Park machine on a flat level surface.



  2. Remove cap screws (A) and fender (B).

  3. Disconnect hydraulic line (C), cap screws (D) and caliper (E).

  4. Install in reverse order using the following special instructions:

    • Tighten caliper mounting cap screws to specification.

    • Lubricate fender mount-to-drive mount housing cap screws with clean engine oil or 10W30 oil used for hydrostatic system and install. Tighten to specification.

    • Perform service brake bleeding procedure. (See Bleed Service Brakes in this section.)
