NOTE: Use John Deere foam concentrate for best results.
Shake foam concentrate well before adding to tank. Store foam
concentrate in a warm place, where it will not be frozen.

Remove cap (A) and fill foam concentrate tank with foam concentrate.

Fill rinse tank with clean water. (See Fill Rinse Tank Using

Start engine and adjust air pressure regulator (A) on the
top of foamer control box to no more than 172 kPa (1.7 bar) (25 psi).

Adjust water inlet control valve (A) and foam concentrate
inlet control valve (B) to the suggested starting positions in the
following table.
To set water and foam concentrate valves:

Fully back off jam nut on the valve.

Fully close valve by turning clockwise.
-
Open valve, by turning counterclockwise, the number of turns
required.

Tighten the jam nut.

Open priming valve (C) to prime pump. Close valve when pump
has primed.

Press foam marker control switch (A) to “LEFT”
position.
NOTE: In approximately two minutes, foam should generate out
of left-hand collector.

Press foam marker control switch (A) to “RIGHT”
position.
