Prepare Machine for Transport on Semi-Tractor Trailer

  1. CAUTION: Suspension linkages can cause injury to you or others from movement when inflating or deflating air springs. Keep hands and body away from suspension linkage.

    A - Dump Valve

    Empty solution tank and rinse tank.



  2. Deflate front and rear suspension air springs using dump valve (A).

  3. Set wheels at 3048 mm (120 in.) tread setting.

  4. IMPORTANT: Do NOT tie boom wings to transport trailer.

    Do not tie wire around solution plumbing.

    Tie left-hand breakaway boom section to inner boom section using wire (A) at location (B).



  5. Tie left-hand inner boom section to boom cradle using wire (C) at location (D).

    Tie right-hand-hand breakaway boom section to inner boom section using wire (A) at location (B).



  7. Tie right-hand inner boom section to boom cradle using wire (C) at location (D).

    B - Right-Hand Aspirator/Nozzle Body Assembly

    C - Cap

    Loosen clamp (A).



  9. Remove and retain right-hand aspirator/nozzle body assembly (B).

    NOTE: Store aspirator/nozzle body assembly in left-hand storage compartment.

    Verify that assembly is installed to boom before machine returns to operation.

  10. Install cap (C) and tighten clamp.

  11. Drive machine onto trailer or truck.

    B - Strap

    Get down from machine and raise lower portion of ladder (A) into transport position. Retain with hook strap (B) as shown.
