Fold Spray Boom in Limited Height Area

CAUTION: Keep away from overhead power lines. Serious injury or death to you or others can result due machine contact with electrical wires. Know the transport height, spray boom operating height, and spray boom folding height of your machine.

CAUTION: Avoid injury or death to others. Make sure no one is standing near the spray boom when folding to transport position.

IMPORTANT: Make sure that the spray boom is leveled with the ground before start this procedure.

1.

   A - Raise/Lower Center Frame Button

   Press bottom of the raise/lower center frame button (A) and lower spray boom to the lowest position.

   A - Fold Mode Switch

   B - Raise/Lower Center Frame Button

   C - Left-Hand Side Fold/Level Button

   D - Right-Hand Side Fold/Level Button

   Press and hold the fold mode switch (A) down while pressing top of the left-hand side fold/level button (C) and the right-hand side fold/level button (D) to fold both sides of the outer spray boom sections completely.

   NOTE: When using the fold mode switch (A), the raise/lower center frame switch (B) function changes and can be used to operate both sides of the spray boom simultaneously.

3. Release all the switches.

   A - Raise/Lower Center Frame Button

   B - Left-Hand Side Fold/Level Button

   C - Right-Hand Side Fold/Level Button

   Press the top of the left-hand side fold/level button (B) and the right-hand side fold/level button (C) to tilt the spray boom to the maximum level.

5. Press the top of the raise/lower center frame button (A) to raise the spray boom to the highest position.

6. Release all the switches.

   Press and hold the fold mode switch (A) down while pressing top of the left-hand side fold/level button (B) and the right-hand side fold/level button (C) to fold both sides of the inner spray boom sections.

8. Release all the switches.

   B - Left-Hand Side Fold/Level Button

   C - Right-Hand Side Fold/Level Button

   With the inner spray booms completely folded, press bottom of the left-hand side fold/level button (B) and the right-hand side fold/level button (C) to level the spray booms onto the front rests.

10. Press bottom of the raise/lower center frame button (A) and lower spray booms onto the rear rests.
