Enable/disable this alarm via SETUP→SprayStar→Page
2→Alarm Setup→Flow Rate Alarm.

Turn off the master spray/solution pump. Turn on again the master
spray/solution pump. If the code returns, see the Troubleshooting
Section.

|
Solution flow exceeds the target solution flow by 20% for over
6 s. An initial audible alarm sounds.

|
SprayStar™ control unit detects that the solution pressure sensor voltage is
off the normal value. An initial audible alarm sounds.

has not been met. An initial audible alarm sounds.

Execute the calibration according to checklist:

Start up the engine.

Turn off the solution pump.

Solution pressure must be less than 34.4 kPa (5 psi).

Exit the solution pump calibration page.
|
|
Spray Boom Sections Are Off
|
Master spray button pressed and one or more spray boom sections
are off. An initial audible alarm sounds.
|
Enable/disable this alarm via SETUP→SprayStar→Page
2→Alarm Setup→Sections Off Alarm.
|
|
Turn on all the spray boom sections.
|
|
Turn off the master spray/solution pump.
|
|
Spraying is Disabled in Transport Range
|
Spray master button pressed and speed range is set to fourth
range. If currently spraying and the speed range is shifted to fourth
range, the master spray is turned off. An initial audible alarm sounds.

Shift down to a lower range.
|
|
Remote Load Disabled—Check Remote Switches
|
Sprayer is started with the remote load switch on. Solution
system operations are disabled until the remote load switch is off.
An initial audible alarm sounds.

Turn off the remote load switch and restart the engine. If the
code returns, see your John Deere dealer at earliest convenience.
|
|
Boom Sensors Are Out of Calibration
|
Spray boom return height sensor is out of calibration range.
An initial audible alarm sounds.
|
Return the spray boom to a valid calibration range. If the code
returns, see your John Deere dealer at earliest convenience.
|
|
SprayStar™: Boom Return to Height Sensor Failure
|
SprayStar™ control unit detects that the spray boom return height sensor voltage
is off the normal value. An initial audible alarm sounds.
|
Restart the engine. If the code returns, see your John Deere
dealer at earliest convenience.
|
|
Solution Pump is Dry—Turn Off Pump Immediately
|
Solution pump switch is on and the solution pressure is less
than 48 kPa (7 psi) for more than 3 s with the pump operating at a
speed greater than 70% of the maximum speed. A continuous alarm sounds.

Turn off the solution pump, shut off the engine, and check the
solution tank level. Fill up the solution tank, if necessary. Restart
the engine and turn on the solution pump. If the code returns, turn
off the solution pump and see your John Deere dealer as soon as possible.
