Use Sprayer Support Stand and Lift Bracket

CAUTION: Sprayer with spray boom is heavy. To avoid injury or death, only lift and support the sprayer when it is empty. Only jack wheels using supplied lift bracket and support the machine using the JDG11094 sprayer support stand or equivalent. Do not apply jack pressure at any other location on the axle. Lift only one wheel at a time.

Before jacking a front wheel, turn it fully outward.

1. Park the sprayer on level ground.

2. Empty the solution tank, if necessary.

3. Remove the lift bracket (A) from storage position , at the right-hand side of the main frame.

4. Remove the wheel shield (if equipped) and hydraulic motor shield.

5. Install the lift bracket (A) in a horizontal position as shown, pointing toward the rear of machine. Tighten the screws (B).

6. Place a floor jack or bottle jack under the lift bracket and lift the sprayer as required.

7. Securely support the axle using JDG11094 sprayer support stand (A) or equivalent as shown.

8. When finished using the lift bracket, remove it and its hardware.

9. Install the hydraulic motor shield and the wheel shield (If Equipped).

10. Return the lift bracket to storage position.
