Engine Speeds

IMPORTANT: Avoid idling the engine. Doing so causes fuel inefficiently and buildup of carbon in the engine.

Do not let the engine run on idle speed for more than 3 min. The engine speed must not be lower than 1000 rpm. If the engine idling exceeds 5 min, shut off the engine.

To increase the engine speed, move forward the hand throttle lever (B). To decrease the engine speed, move backward the hand throttle lever (B).
