Light Switches
CAUTION: Avoid injury or death caused by a collision with another
vehicle. Always obey the traffic laws when driving on public roads.
Use the headlights on low-beam for oncoming vehicles. Avoid using
the worklights, which may confuse other drivers.

The light rotary switch (A) has five positions that are independent
of the ignition key position:
OFF Position (B): Turns off all the
exterior lighting with exception of the hazard warning lights if the
hazard warning light switch is on.
Headlights (C): Turns on the low-beam
headlights, front and rear hazard warning lights, front clearance
lights, and tail lights.
Worklights Position 1 (D): Turns on
the low-beam headlights, work headlights, and platform lights.
Worklights Position 2 (E): Turns on
the low-beam headlights, work headlights, worklights, platform lights,
and fill station light.
Exit Lighting (F): Each time the exit
lighting position is activated, the worklights and fill station light
turn on for 30 s. Each bump increases the time that the lights stay
on by 30 s for a maximum time of 90 s. Use this feature to provide
safe lighting to the machine and its surroundings when exiting the
cab.
High-beam Headlights Switch: To activate
the high-beam headlights, push the upper portion of the switch. To
switch back to low-beam headlights, push the lower portion of the
switch.
