Fill Solution Tank with Sprayer Pump

CAUTION: Read carefully the directions printed on the chemical manufacturers labels before handling chemicals or you may be exposed to hazardous materials which could poison and injure you.

IMPORTANT: Do not add chemical to the tank until just before field use. Follow the chemical manufacturers instructions for mixing the spray solution to obtain the desired application rate and effect.

IMPORTANT: To avoid components damage, perform all these steps in order.

1. Operate engine at low idle.

2. Turn off solution pump switch (A).

3. Turn the Quick Fill™ valve handle (A) to Closed position.

4. Remove the Quick Fill™ valve cap (E).

   CAUTION: Quick Fill™ valve contain hazardous agricultural chemicals. Avoid serious injury or death to you or others. Before remove the Quick Fill™ valve cap, make sure that the valve is closed.

5. Connect the nurse tank fill hose to the Quick Fill™ adapter and close lock levers.

6. Turn suction valve handle (D) to Closed position.

7. Turn pressure bypass/rinse valve handle (C) to Bypass position.

8. Open nurse tank valve and Quick Fill™ valve.

9. Switch upwards the remote solution pump switch (E) to Load position.

   NOTE: When using remote solution pump switch (B), pump is designed to operate in low speed. Engine speed will automatically increase to 1800 rpm.

10. Turn Quick Fill™ valve handle (A) to Closed position.

11. Switch downwards the remote solution pump switch (E) to Spray position.

12. Turn pressure bypass/rinse valve handle (C) to Spray position.

13. Turn suction valve handle (D) to Solution Tank position.

14. Remove the fill hose from the Quick Fill™ adapter and replace the Quick Fill™ valve cap (E).
