Prepare Sprayer for Transport on Semi-Tractor Trailer

CAUTION: Suspension linkages can cause injury to you or others from movement when inflating or deflating air springs. Keep hands and body away from suspension linkage.

  1. Empty the solution tank and the rinse tank.

    A - Suspension Air Springs

    B - Air Valve

    C - Dump Control Valve



  2. Deflate the suspension air springs (A).

    NOTE: If your machine is not equipped with the automatic air spring leveling system, deflate each air spring individually through the air valve (B).

    If your machine is equipped with the automatic air spring leveling system, deflate the air springs through the dump control valve (C).

  3. Fold spray booms.

    IMPORTANT: Do NOT tie spray boom wings to transport trailer.



  4. Tie the outer spray boom assembly to the inner spray boom section at location (A).

  5. Tie the inner spray boom assembly to the spray boom support at location (B).

  6. Place the antenna (A) in horizontal position.

  7. Drive the sprayer on the semi-tractor trailer.

  8. Get down from the sprayer, and put the ladder (A) in transport position. Lock it with the connecting plate (B).

  9. Tie the sprayer through the front points (A) and rear points (B).

    A - Front Tie Point (2 used)

    B - Rear Tie Point (2 used)

    CAUTION: DO NOT use the tie points (A) and (B) to lift, hang, tow, or pull the sprayer. These points are just for tying the machine for transport.

    NOTE: The tie points are in both sides of the sprayer.
