NOTE: When removing sprayer from storage transmission oil is
found leaking out of planetary drive hub inside rim, or puddle of
oil is found on rims after machine has sat for a period. The gear
reduction hubs have a mechanical seal between spindle and hub. It
is normal for oil to leak out of these seals when a machine has been
in storage.
Remove sealing tape and plastic bags from openings.
-
Check engine oil level. If low, check for leaks. Add oil as
required.
-
Check coolant level. If low, check for leaks. Add coolant as
required.

Drain SprayMaster Winterizer Fluid from solution system and flush system.
-
IMPORTANT: When first starting machine after removing from storage
run machine at no more than low idle for 4 minutes. Turn on air conditioning
system during this time to prevent compressor seal failure.
Start engine and warm to operating temperature. Check for leaks.
-
Clean engine compartment and machine thoroughly, inside and
