Drain Water and Sediment from the Fuel Tank

IMPORTANT: If the machine is not operated for more than 30 days, drain water and sediment from the fuel tank and fuel filters before starting the engine.

NOTE: The machines prepared for spraying sugar cane have additional protections.

1. Park the machine on a level ground.

2. Shut off the engine.

3. Remove the protections (If Equipped):

   1. Take off the rubber straps (A).

      B - Protection Rubber

      C - Slots J

      D - Drain Plug

   2. Disconnect the slots J (C).

   3. Release the protection rubber (B).

4. To allow the water and sediment accumulate at the bottom of the fuel tank, wait a few minutes.

5. Place a suitable container under the drain plug (D).

6. Open the drain plug (D).

7. Close the drain plug (D) when clean fuel starts to come out.

8. Reinstall the protections (If Equipped) under the tank.
