Replace Cab Air Recirculation Filter

CAUTION: The cab air recirculation filter is not designed to filter out harmful chemicals. Follow the instructions from this manual and follow the instructions given by the chemical manufacturer when using agricultural chemicals. If respiratory protection is required for use of pesticides, wear an appropriate mask inside the cab.

IMPORTANT: Activated carbon filters cannot be cleaned. Replace them at the correct service intervals.

NOTE: If the machine operates in dusty and dry conditions, replace the cab air recirculation filter more often.

  1. Remove the left-hand cover (A), the right-hand cover (B), and the radio compartment (C).

  2. Remove the wing screw (A), the retaining frame (B), and the cab air recirculation filter (C).

  3. Clean the opening in the roof and check the sealing surfaces.

  4. Install a new cab air recirculation filter (A) and align it so that the gasket makes proper contact with the sealing surfaces.

  5. Slide the retaining frame (A) under the lugs (B), and install the wing screw.

  6. Reinstall the left-hand cover, the right-hand cover, and the radio compartment.
