Bleed the Fuel System

1. Park machine and shut off the engine.

2. Remove the ignition key from the key switch.

3. Access the engine compartment. (See Access to Engine Compartment in Access to Service Points section.)

4. Open the bleed screw (A).

5. Turn the ignition key to the run position.

6. Wait 40 s.

7. Turn the ignition key to the off position.

8. Close the bleed screw (A).

9. Start up the engine and let it run for a few minutes.

   IMPORTANT: Do not engage the starter motor for more than 30 s. If the engine does not start, wait 2 min then repeat the operation.

10. If the engine does not start, repeat the procedure.
