Hydraulic System Troubleshooting

Symptom	Problem	Solution
Hydraulic system fails to function	Low hydrostatic/hydraulic oil level	Fill up the reservoir to the specified level. Check the system for leaks.
	Clogged hydraulic filter	Replace hydraulic oil filter.
	Clogged suction line	Clean line.
	Faulty pump	Replace pump.
	Clogged oil cooler passages	Clean the oil cooler.

Oil escapes at reservoir breather	Reservoir over-filled	Reduce oil to the specified in Check Hydrostatic/Hydraulic Oil Level.
	Excessive speed on rough terrain	Select slower target speed.

Spray booms level or fold too fast

	Clogged oil cooler air passages	Clean oil cooler.
