High Flow Solution Pump (If Equipped)

IMPORTANT: Chemicals and residues in the solution pump for an extended period can damage the pump components. Rinse pump interior with clean rinse water daily and do not let chemical solution remain in the pump overnight.

To avoid damages to the high flow solution pump seal when loading:

• If solution pump is used for filling the machine, make sure that filling pipe is as short as possible.
• The solution level in the nurse tank has to be above the sprayers pump.
• Use 76.2 mm (3 in) hose and fittings on the nurse equipment. The pump cannot pull enough product through a smaller hose at loading speed.
• If 76.2 mm (3 in) hose is not available, fill sprayer prime solution pump with clean water from the rinse tank.
• If solution system is empty continue priming for several seconds to make sure that pump is primed with water.
• Install manual valve at the end of the nurse tank hose, especially when using larger hose, to be able to control flow during filling.
