Grease

Use grease based on NLGI consistency numbers and the expected air temperature range during the service interval.

The following grease is recommended:

  • John Deere SD POLYUREA GREASE (TY6341)

Other greases may be used if they meet the following:

  • NLGI Performance Classification GC-LB

IMPORTANT: Some types of grease thicken and are not compatible with others.

If grease fitting is missing, replace immediately. Clean fittings thoroughly before using grease gun.
