Accident PreventionWhen driving on public roads the entire area around the gatherer points must be covered with an accident prevention device (A). Accident Prevention Device (A) Assembly Sequence: 1. After all moving parts have come to a complete standstill, fold up the outer end sections.2. Use the two enclosed bolts to attach the accident prevention device (A) to the gatherer points.
Side Lamps and Indicators: As the side lamps and indicators on the combine are usually covered by the outer end sections in raised position, the accident prevention device features two duplicated position lamps/indicators (B). For the 12 V power supply use the 7-pole plug located on the right-hand side of the combine.
Ground Clearance: When driving on public roads the corn head must be raised so that the front accident prevention device (A) is approx. 300 mm (1 ft) above the ground surface. |
