StalkMaster™ Chopping Gear Cases

Chopping gear cases have two reservoirs that are filled with 80W90 GL-5 oil from the factory.

IMPORTANT: Replacement gear cases purchased through service parts are shipped dry. Be sure to fill any replacement gear cases with oil to specification before operating machine.

Each reservoir is equipped with a drain plug and an oil check/fill plug that need to be removed to fill or drain the reservoirs.

Oil should be checked once a season or every 200 hours of operation. (See Lubrication and Maintenance section for procedure.)

Oil should be drained and replaced every 1000 hours of operation. (See Lubrication and Maintenance section for procedure.)
