Before Attaching the Pickup on 6000 Series Harvesters

IMPORTANT: Before attaching the pickup, make sure harvester is ballasted correctly.

Always refer to the data given for the 630 pickup in "Wheels and Ballast" Section of the Harvester Operator's Manual when installing 630C pickup on harvester.

Always refer to the data given for the 640 or 645 pickup or to the data given for the 4-Row Row Crop unit in "Wheels and Ballast" Section of the Harvester Operator's Manual when installing 640C or 645C pickup on harvester.

Before installing the 630C, 640C or 645C pickup on 6000 Series harvesters, remove cam clutch assembly (A) from forage harvester header drive shaft (B).

Carefully follow all information given in Harvester Operator's Manual for the choice of pickup drive speed and float adjustment.
