Adjusting Pickup Attaching Hole Supports (640C and 645C)1. Loosen pickup oscillating frame lower guide bolts (A) (4 on each side).2. Attach pickup to the harvester. (See Attaching the 640C and 645C Pickups in this Section.) 3. Fully raise the pickup and secure the harvester lift cylinders with the safety lock. (See your self propelled forage harvester Operator's Manual.)
4. Remove quick lock pin (E) (if equipped). Engage locking pins (B) in pickup attaching holes (C) by lifting and sliding bolts (D). Reinstall quick lock pin (E) (if equipped). 5. Tighten pickup oscillating frame lower guide bolts (A) (4 on each side). |

CAUTION:
Never put jackstand below the pickup to perform this adjustment.
