The following checks, adjustments and service jobs were performed prior to delivery of the machine:
1.
[ ] Pickup has been properly assembled.
2.
[ ] All bolts and nuts have been tightened to the correct torque.
3.
[ ] All grease fittings and lubrication points lubricated.
4.
[ ] Gear case oil level checked and topped up (if necessary).
5.
[ ] Chains are correctly tensioned and lubricated.
6.
[ ] All moving parts can move freely.
7.
[ ] Tire inflation has been checked and adjusted (if necessary).
8.
[ ] All shields are opening and closing properly.

9.
[ ] Test run of the machine has been carried out and is OK.
10.
[ ] Hydraulic hoses and connections are free from leaks.
11.
[ ] Paint and decals are smooth and neat.

630C with oscillating frame only:
Completeness of drive shaft has been checked. An extra splined shaft is provided with the drive shaft.
13.
[ ] The operator is familiar with the safety precaution to be taken when using the machine.
14.
[ ] Operator's manual has been given to the customer.
