NOTE: Support wheel and rotary harvesting unit can be removed together to save space when parking them.

  1. Fold the rotary harvesting unit completely.
  2. Disconnect hydraulic hoses (A) from the forage harvester and store them in bracket (B).
  3. Pull the light plug and also store it in bracket (B).
  4. Remove u.j. shaft.
  5. Lower rotary harvesting unit onto support wheel.
  6. At both sides of the forage harvester, push locking pins (C) inward.
  7. At left and right, lower jackstands and lock them at a suitable height. NOTE: Leave the rotary harvesting unit standing at a height that allows the unit to be re-attached to a forage harvester at a later time. Never select a height that is too low.
  8. Slowly lower front shield of forage harvester until attaching frame is removed from rotary harvesting unit and forage harvester can be driven backwards.
  9. Slowly drive the forage harvester backwards.
