Using Front 3-Point Hitch (If equipped)
Assemble A-Frame (Category 1 only)

A - Lift Pins
B - Ball
C - Lynch Pin
D - Hinge Pin
E - Lynch Pin
Install lift pins (A) in frame with ball (B), secure with
lynch pins (C).

Install hinge pin (D) in middle hole in frame, secure with lynch
pin (E).
Install A-Frame (Category 1)

A - Lift Arm Locks
B - Center Link
C - Hinge Pin
Install A-Frame onto lift arm claws as shown. Ensure that
the lift arm locks (A) are fully engaged.

Install front hitch center link (B) on A-frame with hinge pin
(C) and lynch pin.
Install A-Frame (Category 0)

Install A-Frame onto lift arms by placing hinge pin through
lift arm ball and A-frame coupler. Secure with lynch pin.

Install front hitch center link on A-frame with hinge pin and
lynch pin.
Using Rate of Drop Adjustment

A - Jam Nut
B - Valve Body
C - Valve
To adjust the rate of drop, release jam nut (A). Turn valve
body (B) clockwise or counter clockwise to adjust the rate of drop.
Tighten jam nut (A) to lock the valve body position.
Using Transport Lock Position
To place hitch in transport lock position, fully raise hitch
and rotate valve (C) to the lock position.
Raising and Lowering Hitch

Check to be sure that hitch is not in transport lock position.

Review instructions on using hydraulic dual selective control
valve (SVC) and dual selective control valve lock lever included in
your tractor operator’s manual.

Move tractor dual SCV lever:
-
To raise hitch, move lever rearward.
-
To lower the hitch, move the leaver forward.
Using Hitch Storage Position
The front hitch may remain installed on tractor when used with
a loader.
To Use Loader with Front Hitch Installed:

NOTE: Loader hood guard must be removed to install hitch onto
tractor. To use loader with front hitch, loader/hitch compatibility
kit is required to be installed.
Place hitch in storage position, see Removing and Storing section.

Disconnect front hitch hydraulic hoses from mid SCV couplers
and secure.

Attach loader per loader operation instruction.
Installing Implements on Front Hitch with A-Frame

Check to be sure that the implement hydraulic hoses are out
of the way if applicable.

C - Locking Clip
Drive tractor forward slowly and align A-frame (A) with mount
on implement (B).

Raise hitch to install A-frame on mount.
-
Ensure locking clip (C) is fully engaged.
Removing and Storing
Using hitch storage position
The front hitch may remain installed on the tractor when not
in use. The front hitch should be placed in storage position when
not in use or is used with a front loader.
To change front hitch to storage position:
-
Raise hitch to highest lift position.
-
Move ball valve to transport locked position.
-
Remove A-frame if installed.

B - Spring Clips
C - Brackets
Remove lift arms from lift frame (A) and center link from
tractor, set aside for future use.

Remove left and right cylinder retaining spring clips (B) from
lift frame cylinder pins and hitch frame cylinder pins.
-
Rotate lift frame (A) upward and secure with left and right
hitch storage brackets (C).
-
Replace left and right cylinder spring clips (B).
