Servicing Mower Belt

Removing Belt

1. Remove mower from machine.

2. Clean area around and under ramps.

3. 60D Mower:

   1.

      A - Spring

      B - Belt

      Remove spring (A) to relieve belt tension.

   2. Remove belt (B) from mower.

4. 72D Mower:

   1.

      C - Gearbox Support

      D - Tensioner

      E - Tensioner Pulley

      F - Belt

      Remove the gearbox support (C) by removing four nuts.

   2. Remove the nut, washer and tensioner (D).

   3. Remove the bolt and hardware retaining the tensioner pulley (E).

   4. Remove belt (F) from mower.

Installing Belt

1. Install belt around sheaves and route as shown.

2. 60D Mower: Install spring.

3. 72D Mower: Install tensioner pulley, tensioner and gearbox support.
