Replacing Sheaves

   LV18698-UN-20AUG13

   60D mower shown, 72D mower sheaves have four nuts instead of one.

   A - Spring

   B - Ramp

   C - Center Bolt

   Remove spring (A) to relieve belt tension.

2. If necessary, remove drive over ramp (B).

3. 60D mower: Remove center bolt (C) on sheave to be replaced.

4. 72D mower: Remove four bolts on sheave to be replaced.

5. Replace sheave(s) and install hardware.
