Position machine on a firm, level surface.

Remove foot smoothly from forward or reverse travel pedals to
stop motion.

Push PTO switch to the disengaged/off position.

CAUTION: Avoid Injury! Check to be sure that area is clear of
any bystanders before lowering implements to the ground.
Lower any implements to the ground.

IMPORTANT: Avoid Damage! Do not stop engine immediately after
hard or extended operation. Keep engine running at slow idle for about
2 minutes to prevent heat buildup.
Adjust engine speed control lever rearward to set engine speed
at slow idle speed. Allow engine to idle for 2 minutes.

CAUTION: Avoid Injury! Always lock park brake and move transmission
range shift lever to a position other than N (neutral) before leaving
machine unattended. Transmissions will not prevent machine motion
without the park brake locked.
Apply park brake.

Turn key switch to the stop position.

Remove key.
-
Wait for the engine and all moving parts to stop before leaving
the operator’s station.
