Install Front Draft Link

   A - Lock Pin

   Remove nut and lock pin (A) from each side of front draft link bracket

   A - Draft Link Assembly

   B - Nuts

   C - Front Nuts

   Install draft link assembly (A) in bracket and secure with two lock pins and nuts (B).

3. Loosen front nuts (C) on draft link assembly 4-5 turns (Nuts will be tightened when mower is initially installed on machine).

   Install spring (A) through hole in draft link bracket (B) and ring on mower (C).

   A - Bolt

   B - 290 mm (11.4 in.) Height

   Initial adjustment - With gauge wheels unlocked and mower resting firmly on a level surface, adjust length of bolt (A) to achieve a 290 mm (11.4 in.) height (B) from the center of the draft link front pins to the level surface. If a loader is also installed, this may need to be slightly lower to clear parking stand. The front draft must always be pushed down during drive over or damage to the front draft will occur. Tighten locknut on bolt securely.
