Servicing Mower Belt

Removing Belt

1. Remove mower from machine.

2. Clean area around and under ramps.

   A - Ramps

   B - Spring

   C - Gearbox Support

   D - Washer

   E - Belt

   Remove both drive-over ramps (A) with shields.

4. Remove spring (B) to relieve belt tension.

5. Remove the rear gearbox support (C).

6. Remove the dust cap, snap ring, and flat washer (D) retaining the tensioner pulley assembly and remove the pulley assembly.

7. Remove belt (E) from mower.

Installing Belt

1. Install belt around sheaves and route as shown.

2. Install tensioner pulley assembly and secure using a flat washer, snap ring, and dust cap (D).

3. Install the rear gearbox support (C) with original hardware.

4. Install tensioner spring (B).

5. Install the left and right drive-over ramps (A) with shields.
