Disconnect Hydraulic Hoses

Park tractor safely.

Escaping fluid under pressure can penetrate the skin causing
serious injury. Avoid the hazard by relieving pressure before disconnecting
hydraulic or other lines. Tighten all connections before applying
pressure. Search for leaks with a piece of cardboard. Protect hands
and body from high-pressure fluids.If an accident occurs,
see a doctor immediately. Any fluid injected into the skin must be
surgically removed within a few hours or gangrene can result. Doctors
unfamiliar with this type of injury must reference a knowledgeable

Move the tractor dual SCV lever rearward-to-forward and side-to-side
several times to relieve the hydraulic pressure.

Disconnect hydraulic hoses:

A - Hose Support
B - Couplers
C - Bracket
For tractors with mid-mount couplers: Disconnect hydraulic hoses from SCV couplers (B) and remove hoses
from front hitch hose support (A) and front hitch support bracket
(C).

A - Hydraulic Hose
B - Front Couplers
For tractors with front-mount couplers: Disconnect hydraulic hoses (A) from front SCV couplers (B).

Install dust covers on hose ends, and secure hoses to snowblower.

Install SCV coupler dust plugs in couplers.
