Operate Snowblower

Review the tractor operator’s manual for information about the use of selective control valves and PTO.

NOTE: Do not leave PTO engaged with snowblower at the full raised height, or during transport.


Engage Snowblower

  1. Start the tractor engine.

  2. Push dual SCV lever forward to lower the snowblower to the ground and lock in the float position.

  3. Adjust the engine throttle setting to 1500 rpm.

  4. Engage PTO.

  5. NOTE: Operate the snowblower at full throttle for the best performance.

    Move engine throttle to the full throttle position.

  6. Unlock tractor park brake.

  7. Begin forward travel slowly.


Disengage Snowblower

  1. Stop the tractor.

  2. Adjust the engine throttle setting to 1500 rpm.

  3. Disengage PTO.

  4. Push dual SCV lever forward to lower the snowblower to ground.
