Aligning Frame
NOTE:
Before attaching subframe to backhoe mainframe, align frame to front and rear hangers to ease backhoe attachment.
1.
Install subframe crossbar in rear hanger slots.
2.
Push down on end of subframe, at rear of tractor, to pivot subframe in rear hanger. Push down until holes at the front of subframe align with holes in front hanger.
3.
Install tapered pins into front hanger. Secure with hitch pins.
4.
Tighten M16 x 80 bolts in bottom of rear hanger to specification. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Rear Hanger - Specification

5.
Tighten M14 x 45 bolts at back of rear hanger to specification.
Rear Hanger - Specification

Upper Cap Screw
-Torque
|
225 N·m (165 lb-ft)
|
6.
Tighten M14 x 60 bolts in front hanger to specification.
Front Hanger - Specification

Cap Screw
-Torque
|
225 N·m (165 lb-ft)
|
7.
Remove hitch pins and tapered pins from front hanger and lower subframe to ground.
8.
Remove subframe from rear hanger.
