Disassembling Shipping Pallet (5105, 5205 Tractors)

1. Remove plastic wrapping and shipping strap from operator's seat (A). Pull seat from shipping position and set aside for assembly.

NOTE: Support stabilizers when removing shipping hardware.

2. Remove lag screws (B), shipping strap (C), wire ties (D) and stabilizers (E). Set parts aside for assembly.

3. Remove lag screws and bumper plate (B). Set bumper plate aside for assembly.

4. Secure backhoe with a proper lifting device.

5. Remove nuts (I), washers and shipping plates (J).

6. Remove shipping strap.

7. Raise backhoe with a proper lifting device using caution to prevent tipping of the machine.

8. Dispose of shipping pallet (H) appropriately.

9. Lower backhoe onto wood blocks ensuring that it is safely supported. Maintain slight tension on lifting device for added stability.
