Installing Subframe to Mainframe (5105, 5205 Tractors)

1. Support subframe (D) properly on dolly or other device and align holes in subframe with holes in mainframe (E).

2. Install cap screws (A), washers and nuts (D). Tighten to specification.

Subframe and Mainframe - Specification

Cap Screw -Torque 142 N·m (105 lb-ft)

NOTE: Prepare backhoe hydraulics before installing bumper plate. (See Preparing Backhoe Hydraulics (5105, 5205 Tractors) in this chapter.)

3. Install bumper plate (G), Cap screws (F), washers and nuts. Tighten to specification.

B-1/2 in. Flat Washer (14 used)
C-1/2 in. Nut (14 used)
