Service Intervals

AFTER ASSEMBLY Lubricate all pivot points and grease fittings.
AFTER EACH USE Clean backhoe of oil and debris.
AS NECESSARY Replace bucket teeth.
10 HOURS Lubricate swing cylinders head end.
  Lubricate swing cylinders rod end.
  Lubricate swing frame and boom pivot.
  Lubricate boom and dipperstick cylinders and dipperstick pivot.
  Lubricate bucket cylinder, pivot linkage, and bucket pivot.
50 HOURS Lubricate stabilizer pivots.
  Check tractor hydraulic fluid level.
100 HOURS Clean inside valve covers.

 

NOTE: If you use backhoe for more than 10 hours daily, lubricate all points listed above twice a day.
