1. Remove bag of parts secured to operator's platform.

H-Spring Clamp, Screw, Washer, Hex Nut (2 used)
I-Retainer Cable, L-Pin (2 used)
J-Movable Latch Plate (2 used)
K-Hitch Pin (2 used)
L-Cap Screw, Bucket Pin Retainer (4 used)
M-Lock Washer, Bucket Pin Retainer (4 used)
N-Hex Nut, Bucket Pin Retainer (4 used)
O-Retainer, Bucket Pin (4 used)

2. Install the movable latch plates (J) on the outside of each backhoe weldment hook using four 1/2 in. flat washers (E), lock washers (F), and cap screws (G). Install the L-pin retainer cable (I) under one of the cap screws, as shown. Center the slots on the movable latch plates before tightening cap screws.

3. Install retainer rings (D) onto L-pins (C). Attach retainer cable to retainer ring as shown.

NOTE: Photo shows L-pins installed into backhoe. Remove L-pins before attempting to attach to tractor.

4. Install hitch pins (K) in storage location on backhoe operator platform.

5. Install the spring clamp (H) to the backhoe operation left side weldment using the machine screw, lock washer, and nut provided.
